How it Works
Pre-Work & Visioning Session
You’ll be sent a workbook to fill in to help you prepare your inspiration, copywriting, technical details, and any imagery you have. We’ll then meet for a one hour session to review your workbook answers more in-depth. With what you provide, a first version of your homepage and website styles will be created.
Presentation Meeting
In this one hour meeting, the first version options of your homepage & website styles will be presented to you, and we’ll work on it together. By the end, we’ll decide on any other revisions to be done before sending to you for review.
Revisions & Review
After the presentation meeting, any revisions agreed upon during the meeting and the full website will be completed within one week. Then you’ll have time to sit with your website for the week to compile a list of any other revisions which we’ll complete before the launch meeting.
Meeting for Finishing Touches & Launch
The following week, after the revisions are completed, we’ll meet for one hour to go through your final refinements list together and launch either on the spot or asap! We’ll make sure all links are working and that it looks good on mobile and desktop. After launch, we’ll make you site owner and email direction to set-up basic SEO and analytics.

How long does the process take?
Anywhere from 1 month to 3 months depending on a number of factors such as how much time you have to dedicate to the process, number of revisions, as well if you hire a copywriter or photographer who is booked out.
How many meetings and revisions are included?
Three meetings: Visioning Session, Presentation Meeting, Launch Meeting. Up to two rounds of revisions and one round of refinements at the Launch Meeting.
Are you available after?
We love to help ensure your investment stays intact: whether you want to make updates yourself, have a VA to help, or prefer we do it, training and/or support consultations are available. We are also open to new projects as your business grows & evolves.
What other costs might I expect?
All other costs are paid by you directly to the vendor:
- For Sure: Website (hosting plan and domain name)
- Potentially: Website (theme, maintenance plan, custom coding)
- Potentially: Professional Creatives (copywriter, photographer, illustrator)
- Potentially: Licensing (stock photography and/or illustration, typefaces)
Which Platform do you build the website on?
Your choice of Squarespace or WordPress.org using the Salient Theme.
What payment plans are available?
Payment plans correlate with your project timeline:
- For the One Page website: 2 payments of $950 (one to begin and the second 3 weeks in).
- For the Five Page website, options are: 2 monthly payments of $2350 or 3 monthly payments of $1650.
What if I want more or fewer things than listed? Are custom quotes available?
