After launch for any basic technical questions that come up from you, your team, or your customers (doesn’t include design changes or additions).

Will I have access to edit my site after launch?
Yes! It is your site and we set everything up for you and your team to have access to make updates yourself if you wish.
Are you available after?
We love to help ensure your investment stays intact: whether you want to make updates yourself, have a VA to help, or prefer we do it, training and/or support consultations and packages are available. We are also open to new projects as your business grows & evolves.
What other costs might I expect?
All other costs are paid by you directly to the vendor:
- For Sure: Website (hosting plan and domain name)
- Potentially: Website (theme, maintenance plan, custom coding)
- Potentially: Professional Creatives (copywriter, photographer, illustrator)
- Potentially: Licensing (stock photography and/or illustration, typefaces)

What if I want more or fewer things than listed? Are custom quotes available?
Yes! Custom quotes are available for website updates, rebuilds & evolutions, fewer or more pages, landing pages as well as other special features. Feel free to ask.
Creative Process
Phase 1
Vision & Plan
We start with a Vision & Plan Meeting where we’ll attune with your design project as well as orient you to your pre-work.
Phase 2
Pre-Work from You
You’ll provide what’s needed to begin: we have an easy process to gather this info from you in a project management app.
Phase 3
Design & Delivery Week
With your pre-work completed, we’ll complete your website in one work week through a few meetings and revisions process.
