We start by attuning to your authentic brand expression and then support you to DIY or work with professionals (ie photographer, illustrator, copywriter) on your brand imagery and website copywriting—both of which are needed for the other phases.

Workbooks for you to fill out about your business, brand, and website which will also serve as direction for your creative process and team.
Brand Visioning & Planning
Mood boards showing imagery styles, colors, and design styles to set in motion an inspired plan for your brand imagery, design, copywriting, website, and marketing.
Guidance as You Express
Whether you plan to DIY or hire professionals for your brand imagery and website copywriting, feel free to message Jennah for input along the way.
PHASE 2: BRAND & LOGO DESIGN
So that your brand design inspires your people to engage, we co-create an authentic & artistic expression of your calling that is a memorable, harmonious, and consitent.
What's Included in the BRAND PHASE:
Custom Logo Design
One of a kind logo design with your brand name and tagline; delivered in various formats for different uses (such as icon, web, print, large scale).
Brand Colors, Imagery & Typefaces
Color palette, typefaces that go with your logo, and curation of an imagery library that might include photos, textures, illustrations, watermark, pattern.
Brand Guidelines
For your team, collaborators, and you to ensure the quality of your brand is upheld, this document shows your logo, colors, imagery, and typefaces.
PHASE 3: EXPAND WITH A NEW WEBSITE
An authentic web presence that invites people to work with you 24-7-365. So that your website can help grow your business, our approach is balance of easy human connection, authentic expression, and tech optimization.
What's Included in the EXPAND PHASE:
Design & Build of a Website
A full website that is 5 to 7 pages (such as home, service(s), about, reviews, contact). Built with your copywriting & brand design in SquareSpace or WordPress.
Email Sign-Up Form & Blog Set-Up
Set your website up with a blog to be found more easily in search and start inviting in people who want to hear more about what you offer with an email sign-up form.
Go Live! QA Check, SEO & Analytics Direction
We’ll make sure all links work, that your website looks good on mobile and desktop, transfer site ownership to you and provide direction for you to set-up basic SEO and connect to the google search.
PHASE 4: INVITE THROUGH YOUR MARKETING
Our approach to marketing? It is sharing what’s helpful and inviting people to work with you. When created from inspiration with intent to be of service, your marketing becomes a fun game of share, invite & receive.
What's Included in the INVITE PHASE:
Business Card Design (or other simple printed marketing material)
Print ready file for your printer of choice.
Email Newsletter Design, Template & First Email Send
Design template with a banner, up to three content sections, and footer. Create and send an email to your list with your new website invitation. Option to add on periodic creation and scheduling.
Social Media Pages & Post Designs
Three pages (facebook, instagram, linkedin) set-up for you with your branding. 36 post designs of 3-4 types (ie testimonials, education, special offer, reel) created with content from your website (or other that you provide). Option to add on scheduling app set-up and quarterly creation & scheduling.
Timeline: 4 to 5 weeks total (not always consecutive)
One payment of $8,500 or two payments of $4,500

Frequently Asked Questions
How long is the process?
Four to five weeks total for what we help with, but the weeks are not always consecutive so it might be longer. The overall timeframe depends on a number of factors such as if you hire a copywriter or photographer who is booked out or want to pause between phases due to scheduling, integration time, cash flow etc.
What if I want more or fewer things than listed? Are custom quotes available?
Yes! Each phase is available à la carte for if you want less than the full scope shown here. Additionally a one page website (to focus one one offer or an overview of a few offers) is an option if you don’t want a full website yet. Also, you might want more design, website, or marketing items, so feel free to ask.
Are you available after?
We love to help ensure your investment stays intact: whether you want to make updates yourself, have a VA to help, or prefer we do it, training and/or support packages are available. We are also open to new projects as your business grows & evolves.
What other costs might I expect?
All other costs are paid by you directly to the vendor:
- For Sure: Website (hosting plan and domain name)
- Potentially: Website (theme, maintenance plan, custom coding)
- Potentially: Professional Creatives (copywriter, photographer, illustrator)
- Potentially: Licensing (stock photography and/or illustration, typefaces)
