PHASE 1: LAND IN YOUR EXPRESSION

Guidance for You to Dream Up Your Brand
Workbooks for you to fill out about your business, brand, and website which will also serve as direction for your creative process and team.
Brand Visioning & Planning Session
A one hour session to review your workbook answers more in-depth as well as set an inspired plan in motion for your brand design and website.
Email Support as You Implement
Whether you plan to DIY or hire professionals for your brand imagery and website copywriting, feel free to email Jennah for input along the way.
PHASE 2: BRAND DESIGN
Brand imagery required to begin this phase.
So that your brand design inspires your people to engage, we co-create an authentic & artistic expression of your calling that is a memorable, harmonious, and consitent.
What's Included in the BRAND PHASE:
Custom Logo Design
One of a kind logo design with your brand name and tagline; delivered in various formats for different uses (such as icon, web, print, large scale).
Brand Colors, Imagery & Typefaces
Color palette, typefaces that go with your logo, and curation of an imagery library that might include photos, textures, illustrations, watermark, pattern.
Brand Guidelines
For your team, collaborators, and you to ensure the quality of your brand is upheld, this document shows your logo, colors, imagery, and typefaces.
PHASE 3: EXPAND WITH A NEW WEBSITE
Copywriting is due to begin this phase.
So that your website can help grow your business, our approach is balance of easy human connection, authentic expression, and tech optimization.
What's Included in the EXPAND PHASE:
Design & Build of a 5 to 7 Page Website
Such as home, service(s), about, reviews, contact. Built with your copywriting & brand design in SquareSpace or WordPress.
Email Sign-Up Form & Blog Set-Up
Both of these features are totally optional. We recommend at least having an email signup form even if you’re not yet sure of your marketing plan. If you want a blog, at least one post is needed to launch.
QA Check, Launch, SEO & Analytics Direction
Before launch, we’ll make sure all links are working and that it looks good on mobile, tablet, and desktop. After launch, we’ll make you site owner and email direction to set-up basic SEO and connect your analytics.
PHASE 4: EVOLVE YOUR MARKETING
Consider this your permission slip to un-match from any industry advice or norms that don’t work for you. Ditch the overwhelm, simplify, and evolve your marketing your way. You might find your results are better! Our approach to marketing? Invite people to engage with you, and have them say yes! When created from inspiration with intent to be of service, your marketing becomes a fun game of share, invite & receive.

How long does the process take?
Anywhere from 3 months to 6 months depending on a number of factors such as how much time you have to dedicate to the process, number of revisions, as well if you hire a copywriter or photographer who is booked out.
How does the revision process work, and how many revisions are included?
In phases 2, 3, and 4: Three 30 minute Review Meetings are included in each phase to review designs and decide on the three rounds of revisions included. If you prefer, revisions may also be sent via email.
Are you available after?
We love to help ensure your investment stays intact: whether you want to make updates yourself, have a VA to help, or prefer we do it, training and/or support packages are available. We are also open to new projects as your business grows & evolves.
What other costs might I expect?
All other costs are paid by you directly to the vendor:
- For Sure: Website (hosting plan and domain name)
- Potentially: Website (theme, maintenance plan, custom coding)
- Potentially: Professional Creatives (copywriter, photographer, illustrator)
- Potentially: Licensing (stock photography and/or illustration, typefaces)
Which Platform do you build the website on?
Your choice of Squarespace or WordPress.org using the Salient Theme.
What payment plans are available?
Payment plans correlate with your preferred project timeline. Options are: 2 monthly payments of $4500; 3 monthly payments of $3000; 4 monthly payments of $2250; or 5 monthly payments of $1800.
What if I want more or fewer things than listed? Are custom quotes available?
Yes! If you already have parts done, want fewer or more website pages, features, or marketing items. Feel free to ask by filling out this form or book a consult to talk about it.
