The journey is what creates the results.
I know the sausage is just a metaphor, but I find it quite strange because my food is something I care the most about how it is created because from the seed quality to the soil it grows in and how it is handled all nourishes my health to varying degrees. I also care deeply about the relationships in my life. How we co-create health and relationships are literally and truly what life on Earth is about.
